I aim for 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason you want to discontinue our coaching relationship, I will prorate and refund unused sessions. Of course, I want you to be happy with my coaching, so that you not only enjoy working with me, but you also enjoy referring me to those you trust – like your friends and family members.
