My Journey: From Success to Fulfillment

For 15 years, the world of commissioned sales allowed me “to live the good life,” but something was missing. I felt unfulfilled, convinced that there was something more for me.

That realization set me on a journey of personal growth—one that began with both curiosity and skepticism. Along the way, my mentors and personal coaches taught me invaluable lessons: how to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, the importance of helping others, and how to live with purpose and intention. Through commitment and guidance, my life mission and goals became clear.

Three years into this journey, I left commissioned sales and began volunteering at the Salvation Army. Inspired to make a meaningful impact, I enrolled in community college, earning an Associate of Arts degree, then a Bachelor’s degree, followed by a Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Later, I pursued a post-doctoral degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology to deepen my expertise.

For the past 29 years, I have been privileged to help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges, improve their mental well-being, and build more fulfilling lives.
Today, my mission is to share my experience, strength, and knowledge so that others can break free from limiting patterns and become the best version of themselves.
